With the rapid progress of construction technology, the continuous development of cities, the sustained increase of high-rise buildings, the elevator as a transportation tool, has become an essential part of daily life. Elevator control part is like the human brain, all parts through the control of scheduling, harmonious and unified cooperate closely, to make reliable operation and the elevator more safer.Paper introduces the classification and structure of the elevator, elevator, the main electrical equipment are introduced, including the selection of the elevator motor, frequency converter, electrical control equipment and elevator electrical control principle. By analyzing the working principle of relative frequency conversion electric drive, elevator running speed curve, the rule of work of frequency control of motor speed, choose according to the elevator inverter shall meet the conditions, choose mitsubishi E700 inverter. To understand the overall structure of the elevator control system, analyzes the part of the detection device and safety protection device. Optimized for human body sensing safety device, increase security. According to the design of 16 layer vertical elevator input/output points of demand, to statistics of the elevator I/O points, selection of mitsubishi FX2N-128-Mr PLC, reasonable allocation of PLC I/O interface.On the elevator operation state of normal and forced to work in the process of analysis. Choose in the elevator to the modules to increase optimization scheduling policy, increasing the service efficiency of the elevator.
