In recent years, the development momentum of global economic integration is very rapid, due to our country potential huge market appeal, and have a lot of human resources, leading global manufacturing giants have some advanced technology, a large number of industries operating funds as well as some cutting-edge technology products into the China, accelerate its to share the speed of Chinese market, construction machinery enterprises, we have a lot of domestic and foreign shocks of the same industry, competition is becoming more and more serious.The selection of mechanical equipment, bulldozers bulldozers and other engineering Shantui company production as the research object, the engineering machinery and equipment for the functional design, widely used in the port for coal, sand and other goods scattered smooth, clean, pushing under conditions that can push the cargo in the material, but also on the cabin around the cargo rake cleaning work operating environment; open or closed workshop, cabin space, working environment of high temperature (40 DEG to 60 DEG), high humidity, high dust, high corrosion resistance. Operation because of the need to frequently shift and adjust the direction of the machine, so the load in the changing times, and due to the impact of working space, body and cabin frequent collision, so long bolt engineering machinery and equipment loose quality problems continued has not improved, it has great impact on the company's product quality and brand image.The main research contents of this paper include the following three aspects:(1) from the analysis of the force of the screw connection, through the analysis of the force of the nut, the reason of the bolt loose and falling off is studied.
