Large span double X-arch bridge structure system is special in the detail structure, requirements, maintenance et..At present, this kind of bridge form is rare in China. So it is an important link to ensure the construction quality and operation safety of the bridge to study the key technical links and operational risks in the construction of the bridge. This paper takes Yanzhou Xinglong bridge as the basis. This paper summed up some conclusions and rules to provide reference for the same type bridge. The main research contents are as follows.(1)This paper studies on optimization of bridge design parameters, and explores the methods to make the internal force distribution more reasonable. The research carries out from the following three aspects. The optimization of arch rib is accomplished by adjusting the control section of arch ribs。 The ratio of vector height and span is determined by analysis influence on arch stability.(2)This paper discusses on the key technology of arch rib construction. According with the design drawings, the construction process determined by site construction organization, and the basic parameters according to the design documents, the simulation analysis of arch rib support bearing construction and arch rib construction process have been carried out. Analysis data about stress state, deformation state, overall stability status has been obtained. According to the results of the simulation, the construction is provided with technical support, which ultimately makes the arch alignment and the final shape of the bridge meet the design requirements.(3)This paper pays attention to the risk that may appear on the bridge in the operation stage, and makes a scientific analysis and evaluation to the risk. Research on risk assessment matrix is the basic evaluation tool. With the combination of qualitative and quantitative analysis, risk assessment and scenario analysis method, this paper studies on the evaluation and countermeasures for the various risk events that bridge may suffer, formulates reasonable control and emergency measures, improves the ability to deal with large bridge risk events in the operation stage.
