As an important part of modern aircraft,the flight control system consists of the flight control computer, servo actuator, sensor, controlled display and built-in test. According to computer instruction, the servo actuator is used to drive the rudder plane, and then control the attitude of the aircraft. Therefore, the performance and reliability of the flight control system is directly affected by the servo actuator. EMA is a type of actuator that can convert electrical energy into mechanical energy to drive a mechanical load in MEA. EMA has received wide attention in the field of aviation for its small size, light weight, low energy consumption, high flexibility, reliability, and survival ability. This paper designed a three-closed-loop servo control system of EMA based on permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM) with vector control. The mathematical models of permanent magnet synchronous motor, mechanical drive part and mechanical load constituted the three-closed-loop control system. At the same time, The influence of various parameters on the EMA servo control system was studied. The specific work was as follows:Firstly, this paper briefly introduced the research background and the development status, analyzed the key technology of the model, selected the motor type, servo control technology and mechanical transmission technology.Then, according to the selected technologies, the mathematical model of each component was analyzed. The simulation model of the whole system was set up.Finally, the simulation model of EMA servo control system based on Matlab/simulink was analyzed with different parameters and the dynamic performance was studied. The appropriate control strategy was selected to optimize system.
