As the information center of vehicles, the core composition of flight control system(FCS) is electronic components, and its health analysis and health evaluation depend on a great lot of health data of system. Therefore, the emphases of FCS’ s health analysis and health management are the collection, processing and analysis of the internal electronic components’ health data. At present, the rapid development of circuit simulation platform not only ensures the highly precise modeling and simulation of electronic systems, but also broadens the simulation ranges of electronic system health statuses. The compositions and signals’ characteristics of FCS were studied by theoretical analysis, and the analysis of component- level and system- level dynamic characteristics were conducted under the influence of different health factors. Then, the correlative research on health analysis and modeling of FCS were carried out by simulation.Firstly, the structures of circuit modules in FCS were divided into two categories: pure circuit structure and electro- mechanical hybrid structure, and the study on the dynamic characteristics of circuit models and the characteristics of circuit signals’ were carried on. With the combination of model identification, behavior approximation modeling theory, health simulation and evaluation theory and IVHM theory, a component- level health behavior modeling scheme was designed, and a system- level health simulation scheme was proposed in the Matlab/Simulink simulation platform.Secondly, with the reference to the function model, the component- level simulation models of rudder and flight control computer(FCC) were built using Proteus. Then, the health models were constructed by injecting the health factors. The excitation sources for the model identification of rudder and FCC were designed to obtain the component- level health information. Based on the processing and analysis of health information, the component-level health behavior models were constructed using BP neural net, then the analysis of health models’ amplitude-frequency and phase- frequency characteristics were analyzed with the application of Bode curves.Finally, by replacing the FCS’s mechanism modules with the components’ health behavior models, the dynamic characteristics of circuit models were introduced to vehicle’s 6DOF simulation and the study on the influence of vehicle’s motion which were caused by health factors were achieved. Under the condition of ensuring flight safty, the study on the influence of some health factors were carried on to get obtain the factors’ lower limit of performance decay. The environmental stress’ s analysis of FCS’s electronic components was conducted by referencing the relevant electronic chip manuals, and electronic components’ health accessment and simulation were approved by introducing the concept of "damage amount". The study built a foundation for the subsequent RLV system-level health and simulation.
