| Airport runway is one of the most important infrastructure facilities at the airport, and its performance affects the safety of aircrafts taking off and landing directly. Moreover, because of the increasing number of large airplanes, as well as more frequent taking off and landing,the using performance of plain concrete pavement is suffering from severe tests. Aiming at researching the application of airport prestressed concrete pavement and its suitability to pavement void, through a large number of finite element simulation and theoretical analysis,The main work and results are as follows:1. The design methods and processes of prestressed concrete road panel are proposed.Firstly, based on our existing airport road panel thickness statistical analysis, the design thickness of prestressed road panel is established preliminarily; Secondly, the impact of temperature, friction, load stress and other parameters of prestressed concrete pavement to the value of prestressing force is researched, the formula of the value of prestressing force is established. Finally, the internal stress of prestressed panel distribution is analysised based on the mechanics of materials and elastic-plastic mechanics.2. Based on finite element analysis software ABAQUS, the mode of via panel of concrete pavement size is 10 m x 5m x 0.25 m, and this paper compares and analyzes the mechanical effect research of the concrete pavement without steel reinforcement and prestressed concrete,and research the suitability of the viod of prestressed concrete road surface pavement reinforcement. The analysis result indicates that the mechanical effect of 25 cm prestressed concrete pavement is approximated with the 45 cm plain concrete panel. According to load analysis in different position of prestressed concrete road face plate edge voids, the study finds that the most unfavorable load location is in central edge stress. The adaptability analysis of viod of prestressed concrete pavement finds that the edge can adapt to the largest2500 cm2 of pavement viod. Simultaneously, detailed analysis about various of void parameters affects on the prestressed concrete pavement.3. Based on the above analysis, this paper choose the most unfavorable position in central edge, and determine the major effect of the prestressed concrete pavement escapes adaptive parameters according to the detailed analyzing. The size of the prestress value, longitudinal reinforcement bar spacing, spacing of lateral reinforcement and prestressed reinforcement position parameters are selected to detailed analyze. In order to meet the need of pavement condition and the optimal parameters, paper analyze recommended prestressed pavement.4. Compared the deflection under the two states with plain concrete pavement and prestressed concrete pavement two pavement forms in good condition and void road, the experimental results indicates that performance of pavement is with preferential treatment to the carrier: whole prestressed concrete pavement, the viod pavement of prestressed concrete,whole plain concrete pavement, the viod pavement of plain concrete. Through the analysis,the deflection of prestressed concrete pavement is smaller about 40% than plain concrete road surface. The existence of the prestressed reinforcement makes the strength and stability greatly improved,and effectively improve the way of the bearing capacity and durability. |
