With the rapid development of the civil aviation, the phenomenon of Airspace congestion is growing and problems of flight safety often occur. To prevent this situation worsening and reducing the likelihood of conflict, the International Civil Aviation Organization(ICAO) proposed the concept of free flight. Through the conflict detection and escape techniques reduce flight conflicts and enhance the flight safety and efficiency. In this paper, for the problem of computing efficiency, the deviation between original track and release track, and the inconformity between path planning and real flight conditions, the improved conflict resolution model is presented. A multi-objective genetic algorithm that can quickly tracing route is proposed. By establishing a method for double chromosome, the algorithm can simultaneously adjust the course and the speed. The simulation results show that the algorithm can effectively solve the problem of conflict flight and the escape trajectory.The main tasks are as follows:1.On the basis of the existing models, with considering the offset distance from the original track, the multi-objective model of flight conflicts is proposed. The function of multi-objective model include:(1)In case of conflict, the model can guarantee the distance between the theoretical point and predetermined time is shortest.(2)And in the case of the shortest distance, the model can make sure the aircraft go back to the original track as soon as possible after post-conflict. This method can not only meet the requirements of the actual flight, but also avoid other conflicts.2.The multi-objective genetic algorithm that can quickly trace route is presented. Double chromosome structure is encoded in the improved algorithm. It get a free route by changing the speed of the aircraft and the flight course of joint action.This approach is easier to find relief path than only to rely on changing the flight heading and altering the flight speed.3.In order to validate the model and algorithms of conflict relief, the si mulation system for conflict resolution is designed and developed. The systeminclude:information input,conflict detection, conflict resolution, animation and other modules. The system can demonstrate the process of conflict and verify the models and algorithms. Meanwhile, we have been tried to demonstrate the process in 3D modeling and simulation.
