In order to settle increasing air traffic, ICO bring forward the concept of free flight. Inthe condition of free flight, in order to assure flight security, every two aircrafts can not getcloser to each other than a given safety distance. The technologies of conflict detect andconflict resolution is the key to improve flight security and benefit. We studied conflictdetect model of two aircraft in three dimension with aircraft center moving track. we herebydeduced the method of conflict troop in multi-aircrafts, and established mathematicscompute model. In the aspect of conflict resolution, we adopted the Pontryagin minimumprinciple (PMP) of optimal control theory to study the problem of two free-flight aircrafts'conflict resolution, which control vectors are single and restricted. We introduced theconcept of priority to solve conflict troop in multi-aircrafts. Every aircraft involved inconflict should be arranged its resolution order by its priority, and carried through conflictresolution according to this order. I n the circumstances of non-collaboration, we applieddifferential games theory to solve the latency conflict aroused by contiguous aircraft'suncertainty flight status.
