With the development of computer and electronic technology, the mechanical equipment of engineering continuously developes to intellectualization and informationization,and the effective collection of the basic data of hydraulic components is becoming more and more important.Because there are still all kinds of problems in the traditional wired data acquisition system.Therefore, design a system which can collect engineering vehicle data reliably and enhance the system with the performance of resisting to frequency interference has an important significance to improve accuracy of fault diagnosis and to guarantee the equipment working normally.In this paper, the main research contents about municipal engineering machinery data acquisition system,and interference channel assignment algorithm and other research status are as follows:Firstly, for engineering vehicle data acquisition process wired network cabling complexity, collection mode is cumbersome, the high failure rate, the paper based on Zig Bee technology, by low power CC2530 Zig Bee module as a coordinator, designed a data acquisition system which combined hardware and software. The system can cooperate with various of data acquisition sensors to collect pump temperature, pressure, flow data and ambient temperature and humidity, elevation and other environmental data of the vehicle. Detail of the coordinator, terminal, gateway and workflow of sensors are described in detail.Actual scenario testing, to demonstrate the effectiveness of the system.Secondly, according to traditional Markov model for single channel prediction accuracy is not high and multiple predictions of large energy consumption easily lead to premature death for node problem, a large amount of data collected through the field experiment, based on the traditional algorithms generating probability tables, join the second prediction, through formula derivation and real data proved the correctness of the improved algorithm, and the simulation in Matlab environment. The results show that the improved algorithm can save the computation time by reducing the number of operations,the average prediction accuracy is improved, the energy consumption is reduced,and the service life of the node is prolonged.Thirdly, established interference matrix table by the same frequency interference mechanism for the interference problems from Zig Bee data acquisition system transfers the data vulnerable to Wi Fi network multi channel.Based on PSO algorithm, to adjust the inertia weight by the real way, introduce new location update formula, proposed a channel allocation scheme which based anti DPSO same frequency channel allocation scheme combining interference mechanism. Define two algorithms were interference evaluation function maximize the gain and the principle of fairness channel. By the comparative experiment, we know two algorithms have their own advantages, we can determine the mode according to the actual situation. At the same time,compared with the traditional algorithm, the new DPSO algorithm has fewer iteration times, convergence speed, and reduces the energy consumption of the sensor. From the point of view of energy saving, more suitable for Zig Bee data acquisition system.
