Reasonable frequency assignment scheme can greatly improve training efficiency in electronic warfare training field,while the combat effectiveness of the information force were enhaced effectively.In this paper,we tends to explore the effective method for battlefield frequency assignment algorithm and method,the key technologies of modeling and assignment algorithm are studied.Firstly,we described the main points of attention and the influencing factors of the frequency assignment problem,the main constraints in the complex electromagnetic environment are analyzed.A mathematical model has been built considering the co-channel interference,adjacent channel interference and co-site interference,Three kinds of interference constraints are established.and the cost function has been constructed containing the penalty factors and the restraint relations.This mathematical model is intuitive and practical for frequency assignment problem.Then the typical optimization algorithm for frequency assignment problem were introduced in this paper,the principles and advantages and disadvantages of various optimization algorithms are briefly analyzed.Particle swarm optimization algorithm was choose as the starting point of the research,introduced several aspects,such as the encoding,the fitness function,the initialization of the algorithm,the update of the particle swarm to show how to apply it to the frequency assignment problem.Through the analysis of the principle of the algorithm,the improved method of parameter optimization and second patical swarm optimization algorithm are introduced.Then combined with the current research of hybrid method,natural selection and hybridization in genetics and annealing idea in simulated annealing algorithm were combined with basic particle swarm optimization algorithm,as some new hybrid algorithm,advantages are analyzed in theory combined with the basic particle swarm optimization algorithm.At last,the theoretical research results are applied to the simulation of the battlefield frequency assignment problem.The proposed algorithm model is improved and perfected,combined with the electronic training field area of the background and equipment constraints,a model of the frequency assignment problem in the actual frequency distribution is established.The basic particle swarm optimization algorithm,the natural selection and the hybrid particle swarm optimization algorithm and simulated annealing hybrid particle swarm optimization algorithm are used as the solution.MATLAB commercial software is used for programming and simulation comparison to verified the results and method of this paper.
