With the rapid development of construction machinery, industrial production put forward higher requirements for the use of lifting machinery,and the fierce competition of the market also increased the demand for the economic benefit of the lifting machinery. As the position and challenge, the design and calculation theory and method need continuous innovation,improvement and enrichment; at the same time, more needs to be focused on the introduction and absorption of mechanical, electrical and electronic technology industry's new technology and results, such as the excellent speed characteristics and unparalleled energy efficiency of variable frequency speed control technology. Therefore, how to introduce and apply the variable frequency speed control technology to the hoisting machinery industry is a very important issue to be studied. In this paper, the dynamic analysis and research of the crane operating mechanism based on variable frequency condition is put forward.For the design and calculation of hoisting machinery, it is very important to accurately calculate the load on the structure and mechanism, especially in the variable frequency condition. Dynamic simulation and analysis are made on the mechanical characteristics of the mechanical system under different operating conditions.Working mechanism is mainly composed of transmission parts, and crane dynamics is mainly about analysis and research on the transmission parts,which has a close relationship to the motor's mechanical properties, working status and manufacturing accuracy of drive system, for example, whether the motor starts violently, whether there are gaps when drive system starts,including the motor speed control mode, etc.The main content of this paper is the application of variable frequency speed control technology to the working mechanism of hoisting machinery and the dynamic load characteristics of the transmission system. First of all, the basic theory and principle of frequency speed control technology are describedin detail, including the principle, classification, control mode and the mechanical characteristics of the frequency converter. In this paper, the research methods and the applicable scope of crane dynamics are also discussed. On this basis, according to elastic theory the theoretical analysis and modeling are done, and then the rigid dynamic load coefficient and the influence factors are analyzed when work mechanism is starting in the variable frequency speed regulation condition; then using MATLAB Simulink module to make modeling, simulation, dynamic analysis and study, and finally on the basis of output results carry on the system analysis on dynamic load characteristics of frequency conversion condition of working mechanism and the influence.
