With the development of electronic and mechanical equipment in miniaturization and portability, the energy density of conventional chemical batteries no longer meet the needs of this high energy density. The current fuels-combusted micro energy power system provides a new solution for this demand. But in the current system of Micro internal combustion engine, inefficient is a major problem plagued researchers.To improve the output characteristics of the swing engine, the analysis for energy efficiency on the micro system is needed. Numerical simulation method is convenient and efficient for investigating swing engine working process. In this paper, the numerical model of MICSE was established according to the general principles and rules of the internal combustion engine. The main works includes:1. Established a mathematical model comprising irreversible losses model in a four-stroke internal combustion swing engine. The model based on zero-dimensional model takes the irreversible condition into account.2. Used MATLAB software to establish and communicate the numerical modeling and numerical parameters to achieve stable operation. Analyzed the data acquired from the numerical simulation on engine energy-efficient performance situation, and seeks ways of improving energy efficiency.3. Compared the burning time, leakage, friction, heat transfer and other irreversible condition of the internal combustion engine system for the main factors to reduce the efficiency of the system in miniaturization and their trends.4. Based on the results gained in the investigation, to modify the design of the micro swing engine to work in higher energy efficiency.Through the establishment of the numerical simulation results, the influence of the irreversible factors on swing engine energy efficiency was explored, the reason to bring the most loss in the usage of system energy was fixed, and on this basis to explore the method to improve efficiency of the micro internal combustion swing engine. By comparing the influences of the different factors on the system, the leakage shows a more importance role in the micro swing engine system, and constraining the compression ratio of the system was proved being worked to improve the performance of the engine system.
