Takeoff and landing phase is a period of high flight accidents. Adverse runway condition increases accident risk of flight operation. In order to avoid runway exercusion and ensure safe operation on wet and contaminated runway, airworthiness governments of America and Europe have raised a series of requirements on airworthiness certification of takeoff and landing performance on wet and contaminated runway.First, this paper studies relevant clause of American and European airwothiness regulation system, ACs and AMC files and analysises relevant flight performance. Then on the basis of aircraft operation condition, the control law is designed. After that, On the basis of studying on AMC 25.1591 and relevant industrial standards, a model used to calculate displacement and spray impingement drag is built for the purpose of considering influence of runway contaminants on aircraft accelerate performance. Finally, on the basis of dynamic and kinematic equations, a dynamic simulation model of takeoff and landing performance on wet and contaminated runway is built.Using basic data of certain aircraft and assuming takeoff and landing weight, all engine takeoff, landing and acceletate-stop distance are computed. Influence of runway contaminant on takeoff and landing performance is analysized using simulation results.Dynamic simulation model built in this paper can be used to consider initial airworthiness design on wet and contaminated runway flight performance in the phase of design. Performance data of the flight envelope can be acquired by changing takeoff, landing weight and flight parameters.
