| MRBR is the minimum initial scheduled maintenance/inspection requirements approved by regulatory authorities for certain transport aircraft and engines installed, which is the basis to develop maintenance program for aircraft operators. A MRBR must be developed before the operation of a new type aircraft to ensure its inherent safety and reliability, which is also the basis for airlines to develop initial maintenance program and maintenance plan and ensure the continued airworthiness of aircraft. MRBR is analyzed with MSG-3 logical determination concept, however, it only provides a general analysis procedure which leads to there are still many problems need studying. L/HIRF protection analysis is one of the key ingredients to develop a MRBR. Therefore, it is of great significance to study the evaluation of structural damage inspection interval for aircraft during the period of researching on independent intellectual property rights of aircraft.In this paper, MSG-3 maintenance concept and basic principles of developing MRBR are firstly studied, including setting procedures, the contents of MRBR and L/HIRF protection procedure. L/HIRF protection in the MSG-3 was divided into four parts, including protection components, protection components analysis, ED/AD sensitivity rating and inspection interval and task type. To make protection component list and research L/HIRF damage and types in the protective components analysis, introduce lightning direct and indirect effects,through analysis of lightning damage mechanism, according to the performance of composite material and the temperature principle use ANSYS simulate lightning damage of the composite structure. L/HIRF protection sensitivity rating model was built in this paper. First zoning, next determine factors and ED/AD index evaluation system, a group decision-making method based on linguistic assessment matrices can be used to rate L/HIRF protection zone sensitivity level. Research the matrix of Boeing and Airbus to determine the maintenance interval and frame level-interval form based on MSG-3. Determine the final task type based on the matrix and logical decision.The study of MSG-3 maintenance concept in our country is relatively backward, and the development of MRBR is still at the beginning and the study of L/HIRF protection analysis attracts less attention. Studying results in this paper can be a reference for the domestic research. |
