In order to reduce the loss brought by the fire in underground commercial street, the theory of safety assessment in combination with fire simulation method is put forward to conduct the risk assessment of underground commercial street fires.The common evaluation methods were compared to find a scientific evaluation system,and then the final decision is to combine the interval analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method?IAHP- FCE? evaluation system to evaluate fire risk of underground commercial street.Using fault tree analysis method?FTA? to identify the risk and harmful factors in the fire system of underground commercial street.In the process of establishing evaluation index system,Using the literature reference method to screen the risk factors which have been identified,and then use the indicators to build a third-level underground commercial street fire safety evaluation index system.from 4 aspects of the fire protection ability,fire-fighting capability,fire management and evacuation capacity.Obtain the index weight vector set through the IAHP to calculate the weight of the index, and the evaluation model of the fire risk of the underground commercial street is constructed by using FCE.The risk of building fire safety evacuation is determined according to: "the necessary evacuation time" is greater than "available safe evacuation time" The determination of RSET of the underground commercial street should be determined by the calculation of determination of the relevant parameters combined with the specific empirical formula.ASET is determined by the numerical simulation of FDS software on the underground commercial street fire to determine the temperature of fire simulation, CO concentration, time of visibility to reach the critical value.This article builds a FDS based fire simulation of the underground commercial street safety evacuation model accounting for the two aspects.The construction of FCE- IAHP security evaluation model and the fire safety evacuation model were applied to the Xiangtan Hexi underground commercial street,safety evaluation results show that Xiangtan Hexi underground commercial street fire safety status as "general security".In the case of fire evacuation simulation, through the simulation of 3 fire scenarios?F1, F2, F3? of the second fire zone.ultimately determined that the Xiangtan Hexi underground commercial street fire evacuation safety as "general security", the simulation result is consistent with the rating result.Make fire safety measures through the fire safety evaluation results combined with the simulation results of the evacuation of underground commercial street.
