The shear connector is the Key components of the steel-concrete composite beams. While the shear stud is widely used in our country, so the research of the shear stud is so important. The stud is belong to flexible shear connector whose load- bearing capacity and slip resistance are lowed than the rigid shear connector. This paper will get the new structure style of stud through reform the shear stud to improve the performance of the shear stud.The experimental study of eight push-out specimens of different structure style shear stud(the steel bar and the shear stud are welded) and diameter of stud have been conducted in this paper, the load-slip curves and ultimate resistance of the shear stud are gained. The conclusions are found: the resistance of the specimens of the stud and steel bar welded is larger than the specimens of the stud and steel bar nonwelded, while the ultimate slip is lower too; the resistance of specimens of the bigger stud is larger than the lower, while the ultimate slip is lower too; the ultimate resistance of stud through the experiment is larger than the calculated value of different standard.The fatigue test of different load-amplitude study of four different structure style has been conducted in this paper, the conclusions are found: the fatigue life is long and the performance of the resistance slip is good for the specimens of the stud and steel bar welded; The fatigue life is short and the slip is large with the large load-amplitude.The push-out specimens has been simulated by FEM, and compared with the data of experiment, it find out that the FEM value and the data of experiment are compared well anastomotic well.With the experiment and the theoretical study , it find out that the shear capacity of the new structure style and the capacity of slip are both better than the traditional shear stud, it's a new-style structure which is worth for the more study and development.
