Abstract/Summary:
With the increasingly serious environmental pollution problems, It’s urgent to to find clean energy. Wind energy reserves largely as a green renewable energy. In recent years, China’s wind power has developed greatly with lots of wind farms built.What’s more, the cumulative capacity and new volume is situated ahead. But some problems still exist. Because the wind power business started late, some aspects of design and construction are not yet mature and some accidents occur in fan base sets like swing and overturn. There is lack of relative study like gravity turbine foundation. What’s more, the scholars at abroad pay more attention to the theory analysis and FEA, ignoring the experimental study. To research the setup function of perforation steel to foundation ring, the paper focuses on studying the basic mechanical property and failure mechanism of vertical perforated steel by the way of push-out specimens and put out relative calculation formula of carrying capacity.The main achievements are as follows:(1) Considering the influence of the concrete strength and interfacial adhesion,there groups(nine in all) adopting different single hole specimens are conducted in an experiment. Its basic mechanical property is detected by single hole steel plate push-out specimens and its loading- relative displacement curve and damage condition are also gotten, which provide single hole reference for perforated steel plate.(2) The average ultimate loading strength of the specimen B3d(bottom hole inserted with steel) has raised by 54.1% and the displacement of ultimate loading strength has dropped by 1.14 mm compared with the specimen B3u( Upper hole inserted with steel), which suggest the fan base ring set reinforcement in bottom hole can improve the structure of the ultimate load more effectively and reduce the displacement value of the base ring at the same time.(3) The paper concludes the calculating study of perforation steel carrying capacity of the experts both at home and abroad and then proposes computational formula of ultimate bearing of different structural perfobond strips based on the test results. And the theoretical calculating value tallies with the experimental values which can provide reference for relative engineering design.
