To expand the "box-type structure" applications, combined with steel-concrete composite floor system and in-situ concrete hollow floor features a steel beam reinforced concrete hollow floor with small spacing is proposed, can reduce building height, and is in line with the "box type" structural features of floor. Steel reinforced concrete hollow floor with small spacing is applied for to Ma Kejian academician research and development of a new type of box steel structure used in the House floor,whose structure is characterized mainly in beam spacing smaller spacing is 2m, beam with h-shaped steel beam. With in-situ characteristics of vertical stiffness and high carrying capacity of the floor, also has a steel-concrete composite floor system and "box-type steel structure" superior seismic performance characteristics. This structure will promote the application of a new type of steel-concrete composite structure, this study has a theoretical value and economic significance.Through the 1/2 scale model experiment and numerical analysis of structures,steel beam with small spacing is studied in-situ concrete hollow floor of steel beams and concrete slabs deformation of elastic mechanism of cooperative work and proposed a smaller space deformation method for calculating steel beams in-situ concrete hollow floor, on this type of floor deformation is of some significance in engineering and economy.Major works described as follows:(1) Design, processing and manufacturing 1/2 scale of the original structure and small space steel structure floor,vertical loading test of plate steel-free slabs,after the phase of the trial, when, in the absence of plate steel pouring concrete hollow slab on the floor,the routine maintenance and, upon reaching the age, to vertical loading test;(2) Through the steel-free slabs and pouring concrete hollow slab with vertical loading test of steel and concrete floors, as well as experiments, data analysis,study the effect of concrete hollow slab beam floor stiffness, and determine the influence coefficient ?;(3)Obtained through tests of steel beams and concrete hollow slab deformation and strain values,steel beam cross section is obtained the strain distribution along the height and vertical concrete hollow plate beam axis of the strain distribution;(4) According to test theoretical and experimental research,proposed smaller space deformation mechanism and calculation methods of deflection of steelreinforced concrete hollow floor, as well as the stiffness formula;(5) Using finite element analysis software ANSYS(14.0) respectively on primary structure 1/2 scale model test structure of sheet steel-free slabs and steel-concrete composite floor system is simulated,and compared with the test results.
