In order to meet the requirements of stellar simulator imaging system, aiming at the key component of the system, in this paper, based on the Preston principle, the processing technology of the H-FK61 optical glass aspheric element has been studied. Through the analysis for the process parameters in the lapping and polishing, after repeated tests and optimization, the problem that H-FK61 optical glass material is soft and crisp, not high temperature, not easily processed is solved. Secondly, choosing Ti3O5 and SiO2 as high and low refractive index materials, the interference cut-off filter film is designed in this paper by using high reflection film heap superposition and adding matching layers to optimize the design methods. In the process of preparing the filter film, by studying and analyzing the residue deposition of every layer, the problem that the film spectral curve moves to longer wavelengths and passband transmission falls is solved. After tested, ?76 mm H-FK61 optical glass aspheric surface accuracy can get0.4322?m, the average transmittance of the filter is 95.7% at the band of 450nm-800 nm, the average reflectances of the filter are 99.7% and 99.6% at the bands of 300nm-420 nm and850nm-1200 nm. All the parameters can meet the requirement of the component.
