Study Of Integrated Commercial Space Design Of Beijing Subway Station

With the rapid development of subway of our country, especially the Beijing subway, subway other related functions have gradually taken seriously. Enhance the overall passenger service for improving the passenger experience has a very important role. Affected by this, Beijing Subway commercial policy loosening is facing a turning point, which makes Beijing Subway commercial space development has become a reality.In recent years, the construction of the subway in Beijing mainly rely on government funding, long-term losses in the current situation, the emergence of integrated business to some extent make up for the cost of construction and maintenance required. While metro station for commercial branding has brought a lot of opportunities. Commercial space as one of the affiliated space of metro station, it has its particularity, how to design an integrated commercial space of metro station is challenges to promote and develop its service for the Beijing metro.Firstly, the concept and scope of integrated business is defined by this paper, through literature and case studies summarized to understand its business development model, spatial layout and facility type, comparison with the current situation in Beijing, analysis of the internal factors of business development. Secondly, the classification of the subway station and the commercial space constituting is studied, through questionnaires, etc. summarizes the behavior characteristics and comprehensive demands of passengers in the commercial space, put forward demands for commercial space in the passenger point of view. Thirdly, put forward design principles and design strategy of integrated business. Through traffic organization, format selection, development scale, spatial data, environmental design, etc., research the specific handling of commercial space, hope to provide reference for the future construction of integrated business of the Beijing subway station.
