The Study On Vibration Problem Of Xing Gang Laying Head Gear-box In Wire Rod Plant

Gears and rolling-element bearing are common components in machinery. Their running condition will affect the performance of the whole machine directly. The vibration is the common fault in operation. The reason caused by the vibration is too complicated to be analyzed just based on maintenance experiences. Machine condition monitoring and fault diagnosis technique, which is based on monitoring the running condition of gear-box, analyzed the reason and the characters of the vibration theory, the technique can be assistance to the solution.The Rotating Machine Condition Monitoring and Diagnosis System in this paper was applied in machine of high speed areas for the fifth lines, the machine condition was successfully detected. After the problem was solved the machine working under normal condition and a serious accident was avoided.The paper is consists of six parts. The first part describe the background and the purpose of the paper, the second part studied the character and the mechanism for the common fault of gear and rolling-element bearing and wavelet theory, the third parts introduced condition monitoring and fault diagnosis for rotating machinery, the forth part is focused on the fault diagnosis of the gearbox vibration problem and the solution of the diagnosis, the sixth parts are the conclusion of the paper and the anticipation of future.
