Modern enterprises, especially large-scale enterprises, with the continuous expansion of production scale, large precision equipment increasing, once the fault occurs, it’s generally difficult to find the source of failure quickly to make a accurate maintenance in time, because of the high equipment precision and mechanical complexity, the limit in fittings of machines and personal technical conditions, scruples in disassembly. Now the equipment condition monitoring technology improves quickly, and it has become the main mean of equipment fault analysis. In various types of equipment, even when they are in operating or not disassembled, it can detect the equipment fault location and fault source, make an early prediction and fault diagnosis in time, ensure the large equipment operation safety, avoid malignant accident, reduce unscheduled machine downtime losses, so that the repair time interval can be extended, repair cost is greatly reduced, repair spare parts inventory reduce, provide the decision for the production and repair. Although the vibration condition monitoring technology development history is not long in China, many research results show that, the mechanical equipment vibration diagnosis technology has very broad application prospects, very suitable for the popularization and application in the equipment maintenance system of enterprise, it is worth to study. This paper mainly studies the application of vibration condition monitoring technology in fault diagnosis for large enterprises with complex conditions. The main research contents and achievements:1. Theoretical analysis on vibration condition monitoring technology, including the mathematical theoretical basis, mechanical vibration spectrum, vibration fault causes and its characteristic spectrum;2. Introduce the vibration signal acquisition equipment and analysis system selection in vibration condition monitoring technology application, vibration signal analysis method and its application;3. According to each kind of major equipment, select vibration signal analysis method, study the application conditions of waveform analysis, frequency analysis, trend analysis;4. Using vibration condition monitoring technology in equipment fault diagnosis and maintenance, describing the application effect in various types of large-scale equipment maintenance with a large number of actual cases and successful results in maintenance;5. Through the use of vibration condition technology in the fault diagnosis of equipment, make the technology to be a routine fault diagnosis means in equipment maintenance field, providing the foundation and experience for introducing other equipment condition monitoring technologies, gradually promoting the equipment manage and maintenance system improvement in enterprise. |
