Study On Urban Renewal Strategy In Rural Areas

At present,rural urbanization and the rapid development of cities have become the main trend of social development,with the city as the growth pole development strategy,which makes the city develop with each passing day.With the urban function overflow,space spread and the rapid development of the urbanization process,urban suburban rural renewal is imminent.The suburban area around the city is a part of the transition to the city.It is affected by the expansion and development of the outskirts of the city,so the rural renewal is particularly important.Based on the case study of Hangzhou West Lake District the three pier town city village,in understanding the rural update related theory and field trip around the city village on the basis of the status quo,from solve big city suburb village,field,forest,road,water,housing and other issues of perspective,through to march around the city village land use,building style,road traffic,landscape structure,supporting facilities,such as research of the status quo,put forward "shape characteristic landscape,the countryside folk inheritance,the continuation of traditional style" design concept,realized the optimization of city village construction the overall image,traffic system improvement,landscape space to expand,and the improvement of the basic facilities,sum up experience in practice,it is concluded that the city village planning and design of the overall layout and update policy.Update strategy research,this article through to march around the city village aims to explore the strategies and methods of rural update,the results of the study so as to provide strategies for the construction of suburban rural development guidance,guarantees for the realization of the urban and rural development as a whole,to improve the quality of the suburban rural landscape,and realize the scientific and reasonable construction of suburban rural villages to provide theoretical support.
