With the rapid development of power grid construction in recent years. More and more electric transmission and transformation equipment are in working, the running condition of equipment is more complex, as well as the corresponding management and maintenance also appear more and more complex and urgent. Therefore, how to formulate the corresponding maintenance strategy under the condition of considering the effects of multiple factors and implement comprehensive balance optimally between security, efficiency and cycle cost is the research emphasis in this paper.The main content of formulating maintenance strategy include judging whether the equipment for maintenance, arranging the order and time of maintenance, This article analyzed emphatically the influencing factors that can be considered in the process of studying these content, and put forward the corresponding solutions:First of all, analysis the influence of own status such as aging, rust and other poor working conditions?maintenance function and the influence of external climate environment on the failure rate, then models are established to evaluate and forecast the equipment failure rate, so that to improve the accuracy of the equipment failure rate and the question of whether maintenance.Secondly, the influence factors of the corresponding for maintenance time are unified effectively and quantified by means of risk assessment, that is on the basis of considering the risk of loss of equipment, physical environment, social, include equipment into the operation of entire grid system, measure synthetically the integral risk of the system, so as to effectively improve the current situation of the grid and equipment repair working independently under the traditional maintenance management mode. and obtain the effectiveness level of repair behavior by combining earnings situation analysis method of maintenance, then arrange the repair order of equipment through comprehensive evaluation method with the calculated results above,and evaluate the maintenance effect for this order of maintenance.Again, optimize the maintenance time by using integer space particle swarm optimization algorithm, then minimize the cost of system loss.Finally, as an example with IEEE- RTS79 reliability analysis system to verify the above method, which can consider the influence of many factors and achieve comprehensive balance between security, efficiency and cost optimally.
