The landing process is the most complex and need most strict navigation facilities, along with highest accident rate in various stages of flight operations. As the existing navigation system transiting to the new navigation system, precise specification of the new generation of landing system is one of preliminary for the new navigation system, and is also an important part of civil aviation security operations. The current landing system is mainly instrument landing system with the instrument flight procedure. But there are many problems in this system, such as too many steps, complicated routes, safety pressure, technically requirements, expensive, high-impact terrain, and the contradiction in high airport capacity saturation. Therefore, it is necessary to establish a new landing system to guide the landing, and to verify operation of the system implementation. In the new navigation system, the GNSS landing system can replace the instrument landing system to be the new generation of landing system. In the background of the subject, to verifying the reality of PBN flight procedures, the relevant concepts and standards of GBAS are studied, and this work are divided into three parts according to the composition and functions of the ground-based augmentation systems of the GNSS. First, through the analysis of the application of terminal area satellite navigation data source and analysis of the terrain factor, availability of ground-based augmentation system is analyzed. Secondly, the function of ground-based augmentation system is studied. Taking Linux system as the simulation platform, the main function of the modules is simulated, and the land-based data broadcast function is implemented through network simulation. Finally, taking three-dimensional geographic information system as simulation platform, integration of 3D platform and Linux platform functionality is achieved. The instrument flight procedure of 3D visualization is researched. Combined with flight procedure, likely-ILS procedure is similated and implemented. In this paper, the assessment of actual flight guidance capability and verification of virtual reality have some value and significance in the ground-based augmentation system.
