The underground pipe network is an important part of the airport, and is essential to the safe and efficient operation of the airport. The airport’s domestic water, rainwater, sewage, communication cables are transported through underground pipelines. However, many airports are still using the traditional management that is low efficient. So that the pipeline damage accidents frequently. Therefore, in order to improve the safety and efficiency of airports, promoting the digitization of airports’ underground pipeline is necessary. Supported by China Civil Aviation Technology Foundation- "airport operation security Digital System"(MHRD201230), this thesis discusses the judgement and prevention of pipeline safety through the theoretical analysis, numerical analysis and tube-burst analysis of pipeline damage. Finally, through the establishment of underground pipeline management system at the airport, the digital management of the pipe network is achieved. The specific works are as follows:1、This thesis, using the distribution angle method, obtain the load on the pipeline under the action of the parabolic surface settlement. Then the analytical solution of the response of pipeline under the action of the parabolic surface settlement is deduced through using the Winkler beam theory and considering the factors of settlement, pipeline factors and soil factors. In order to verify the correctness of the analytical solution, a three-dimensional finite element model of pipe soil interaction is established. By comparing the deflection, shear force and bending moment, the rationality of the analytical solution formula of the pipeline response is proved. Finally, in order to achieve the digitization of safety judgment of pipeline network, the theory solution software of pipeline internal force under the action is writed and embedded into the digital management system of the underground pipe network in the airport.2、Through the analysis of the influencing factors by the single factor analysis method, some useful conclusions is got; and by the orthogonal design method, expression of the relationship between maximal stress and settlement factors, pipeline factors and buried depth of pipeline is got. On the basis, the existing pipeline damage criterion is introduced detailedly; then through judging the safety of pipeline by using the method of pipeline failure criterion combined with the finite element, the safety analysis of pipeline is realized.3、When the pipeline damage occurs, timely making an accurate judgment about the accident is the key to reduce accident damage and prevent waste of resources. Therefore, this thesis introduces the building of the 3D topology pipe network of airport and publish the services detailly. Finally the function of Analysis of pipe-burst basing on flow is achieved.4、By using SuperMap software and B/S architecture, the digital management system based on the comprehensive analysis of airport underground pipeline is developed. The digital management system includes the full-size display, the browsing, the surface excavation, the surface transparent, the flight view, the space measurement, the profile analysis, the tube-burst analysis and the theoretical judgment pipeline safety.
