The civil aviation satellite navigation system will be the future civil aviation navigation system. In this paper, basing on the required navigation performance promotion and development background, the civil aviation GNSS navigation service performance evaluation are discussed. The main contents include:Basing on the current deployment, the types of constellations for GPS and Beidou system are analyzed. The running track, signal transmission characteristics of the two satellite navigation systems and other information are compared. This is very important for Beidou system to be applied to civil aviation navigation especially for collaborative navigation system.According to the basic principles of satellite positioning, navigation services and the reference to the relevant required performance, the software are built to analyze the positioning accuracy of analytical methods applied to navigation, accuracy factor calculation methods for civil aviation. The Doppler algorithm and carrier-phase time-difference algorithm which can be used for velocity calculation of aircraft are also discussed.For higher security requirements of civil aviation, the system elaborated for civil aviation airborne receiver integrity monitoring, troubleshooting and other algorithms, combined with the relevant civil aviation navigation performance requirements, limits on the level of protection, detection thresholds and other key parameters to do some calculation, simulation.The satellite navigation services performance evaluation software are created by using MATLAB GUI tools. System are also integrated by these following modules: simulation track generation module, real track reading module, satellite ephemeris reading module, satellite orbit calculation module, pseudo-range and carrier phase generated module, visible stars screening module, visible star state analysis module, factor calculation for precision positioning module, and error mean square calculation module etc. It's a foundation for the improvement of future civil aviation navigation service performance evaluation related algorithms.
