As the global economic integration and world economic recovery modern civil aviation industry has shown a good momentum of development, it has become one of the world's sunrise industry and been a strong engine for the development of national economic. So safety and efficient operation of civil aviation transport industry seems to be particularly important. Engine as the core unit of the aircraft, is the source of power to the aircraft, and people are increasingly concerned about the engine condition monitoring and fault repair.Vibration is one of the main characteristics of the engine. By acquiring its vibrational signal, we can judge whether the engine is in a normal operational state and perform fault diagnosis. Fault vibration characteristics of the engine is one of the important basis for the maintenance department.This paper describes the vibrational structure of engine and analysis engine's vibration mechanism. By using Altium Designer software, I designed and drawn the hardware circuit schematics for acquiring engine vibration, for example the schematic of vibration acceleration signal path module, the schematic of analog to digital conversion module, the schematic of connection module and the schematic of power module and so on, finally generated PCB printed circuit board. It implements the engine vibration signal acquisition and analog to digital conversion, and provides the hardware support for the entire aviation engine vibration monitoring system. Finally we obtained the vibration signal data through experiments.
