The Research And Implementation Of Embedded Web Server In The Substation Monitoring System

With the accelerating automation process, much automated industrial equipment need real-time monitoring to ensure safety. While when some equipment is under the bad environment, traditional manned monitoring method will have very big labor intensity.And most of the existing monitoring software is C/S mode, and its specificity is strong,which is not conducive to the learning and use of the software. And most of the software can only be used within the local area network, which is not convenient for remote monitoring.To solve the above problem, the embedded web server is embedded into the device so that the device has access to the Internet, which can enable remote monitoring.Firstly the characteristics and development of the embedded system is studied, then embedded hardware platform and embedded operating systems is established. Then embedded operating systems programming development and the working principle of the embedded web server GoAhead are analyzed. The paper proposed a security-enhanced embedded web server architecture based on Matrix SSL and based on B/S structure to achieve the client browser and server communication, studied the refresh mechanism based on Ajax technology to realize the online local refresh function. Transferring large data processing from the server to the relatively high performance client is to reduce the server burden. Study GoForm, using CGI based on memory to configure the equipment parameters. Research data graphical display technology and show data by instrumentation.Add certification for embedded web server applications to enhance security.In the end, it transplants the embedded web server into ARM platform for testing.Test results proved the feasibility of the scheme, versatility and expansibility.
