In recent years, an increasingly large scale of higher education in our country, the construction scale of colleges are increasing. Many domestic scholars have study the campus planning and architecture design about colleges. For example, the green campus planning, open space design colleges and universities, the building thermal environment evaluation, and so on. But the research is so less about the college teaching building wind environment. At present, Shenzhen university teaching building mostly adopt the way of central air conditioning and mechanical ventilation. But the teaching building has the characteristics of the crowded conditions, demand for fresh air, so a maximum use of natural ventilation will more conducive to teaching activities, and also will reduce building energy consumption.At present, there are three institutes in Shenzhen University town, Harbin Institute of Technology, Peking University and Tsinghua University. When the thermal comfort of climate is better in Shenzhen on April- May and on October-November, Three teaching building also need use air conditioning to cool the air of indoor. Therefore, based on the problem of the discovery, This paper takes the Harbin Institute of Technology A building and the teaching building of Peking University A building in Shenzhen university town as the main research object. According to the site investigation, I found the questions of teaching building ventilation in Shenzhen university town about the total plane design, building design, construction section, window design. To summarize the standard of indoor and outdoor ventilation, I analysis the characteristics of the Shenzhen university buildings and similar climate area and the existing design specifications about natural ventilation in building. Then aiming at Shenzhen university town two teaching building wind environment, by actual measurement instrument and software simulation two ways, Using the measured data to simulate the simulation data, the simulation results will are more close to the actual wind environment. Research the concrete conditions of building ventilation problems by referring to the evaluation criteria, I study the specific conditions of the building ventilation questions and analyze the reason of the formation questions.Finally, the corresponding optimization strategy is put forward for the above four aspects. By using the software simulation and comparison analysis, the optimal strategy is obtained in each several part. Integration of the above four parts of the optimal strategy, I propose optimization scheme. And the simulation results of the scheme are compared before and after optimization. I summed up the effective natural ventilation strategy of teaching education in Shenzhen university town, to provide design basis for the Shenzhen university town construction.
