| Since the major cities’ traffic congestion, environmental problem and other issues, there is a growing emphasis on slow traffic. Accordingly, non-motorized transport also become an important object of study, relevant planning and theory study more depth. When the number of electric bicycles the city possesses has increased, role in the non-motorized traffic gradually improved, electric bicycles becomes factors that can not be ignored in non-motorized transport planning studies. This article researches considering both the electric bicycles and bicycles non-motorized transport network planning.In this paper, we choose the traffic characteristics of electric bicycles as an entry point,through traffic survey, statistical analysis method to study the physical properties of electric bicycles, the driver characteristics, traffic travel characteristics, calculating conversion coefficient between electric bikes and bikes based on temporal analysis, investigating and analyzing non-motorized traffic speed and flow characteristics of each, the impact of electric bicycles on non-motor vehicles traffic capacity under quantization mixed flow.The city non-motorized transport demand forecasting in this paper, focusing on the impact of urban land use distribution and population distribution on urban transport demand, on this basis, establishment of non-motorized transportation demand forecasting model.Secondly, this paper draws on domestic and foreign bicycle traffic network planning experience, uses the principle of systematization and human nature, put forward non-motorized transport network planning method under the influence of electric bicycles, which includes non-motorized network planning, intersections planning and parking planning.Finally, the examples herein demonstrate relying on Wuhan City Jiangxia part, through analysis for its non-motorized traffic situation and non-motorized traffic demand prediction for its planning years, set up non-motorized transport network planning of Jiangxia. |
