Gyro motor is one of the important parts of inertial gyro, widely used in aerospace field.In order to guarantee the quality of the gyro motor,regular parameter test should be conducted in the process of production, debugging, delivery.Parameter test can reflect the performance of gyro motor rotor, by measuring the acquisition data and waveforms of gyro motor can judge whether those meet the requirements. The traditional measurement method using different function of the instrument,the conventional parameter is measured one by one,requiring multiple artificial measurement of motor parameters.In the restriction of the artificial measurement,measuring method cannot meet the requirements of automated testing.Using the virtual instrument technology,make the system high degree of integration and automation,can well solve the traditional instruments function of a single,large test error,low data repeatability,low volume and low efficiency,analysis function is weak.Based on the broad understanding of gyro motor test system and it’s research status,working principle of gyro motor,designed the gyro motor automated test system based on LABVIEW.Hard-ware part is divided into electrical equipment design,motor control,signal conditioning and data acquisition,and the multiplex switch control for circuit switching;The software design is based on LabVIEW13.0 platform for programming.Completed multiple motor automatic test and single testing function,achieved the real-time data display,processing and storage function,make the system have protection function at the same time.Using a back emf signal frequency method to determine the inertial gyro motor time;Adopt the method of wavelet analysis, improved the precision of gyro motor parameter measurement and the anti-interference ability.Based on the gyro motor automated test system design and research,reflects the feasibility,operability,repeatability of the test system.Improved the test efficiency and completed the expected design goal.
