This paper researched is precise control technique for space-borne two-dimension directional mechanism based on embedded computer,two-dimension mechanism is the key component of low-medium orbit infrared prewarning system,According to the target position, the mechanism makes the detecting optical axis locating precisely and feeding back the information to the upper system.The paper presents a controlling scheme of two-dimension directional mechanism which can locate the axis precisely and receive the parameters of ballistic curve from upper system,The scheme makes two-dimension directional mechanism move following the reserved locus and point to the target by accurate timng after emitting the missile.The resource need of two models such as two-dimension directing and curve tracing is firstly discussed, secondly the general scheme which uses one DSP controlling two axis simultaneously is described,The paper confirms the parameters of correcting segment by simulating the azimuth axis and pitch axis, and describes the communication module, digital controller, angel measure module of two axis, sinus vector-driving module of two axis, velocity feedback module, current feedback module, power driver module and software process etc,By transit the paper establishes the precise survey model, calibrates the system error, and increase the angular accuracy by one order.In fact the method in this paper belongs to the distributed control with the advantage of no occupation in upper system, mobility and high tracking accuracy, it can be used in the two-dimension directional system in the satellites.
