| In people’s daily life, because of the electrostatic generated by the friction between different materials often plagued by people. Thus, People will take various methods to avoid the generation of static electricity. Howevr, in 2006, Dr. Zhong Lin Wang’s group at Georgia Institue of Technology have invented tribelectric nanogenerator(TENG),which is based on tribelectrification coupled with electrostatic induction. This nanogenerator could harvested energies such as mechanical energy, wind energy, wave energy, etc, from industrial production and people’s daily life and then converted into electricity. At present, Along with the advance of science and technology, the global energy system is facing great crisis and challenges. In this background, the invention of TENG have become the timely significance. In the interior of the tribelectric nanogenerator circuit structure, based on the coupling triboelectrification effect and electrostatic equilibrium, the two kinds of friction materials with different electrical will generator the electrical charge induction, leading to generators different number of electricity between two kinds of friction material and different potential between the two materials in the interior of the nanogenerator circuit structure; And, the electrons in the external circuits at the nanogenerator flow under the electric potential difference between electrodes. Because of this kind of generator is a very promising energy collecting device, it can collect many kinds of energy in the surrounding environment and converted those energies to electricity at the same time, can give the wireless mobile electronic devices, and small equipment to provide energy. According to the potential application prospect in the field of nanogenerator, the research of working mechanism of nanogenerator system and how to improving the output performance is the top priority of the current research. And is also challenging work. In this thesis, we have synthesized Ag nanowires, NaNbO3 nanowires and NaNbO3 nanocube.based on the piezoelectric effect, pyroelectric effect, triboelectrification electrostatic induction and electrostatic equilibrium, we have designed for PDMS basement of different structure,different working principle of the flexible nanogenerator. All details of this paper can be discribed as fellow:(1) Based on Ag Nanowires Single Electrode Triboelectric Nanogenerator:Using ethylene glycol as reductant, Ag nanowires have been synthesized by polyol method. We can get Ag nanowires with uniform morphology and its length is around 15μm. Then,we take SEM and XRD. Meanwhile, we have synthesized NaNbO3 nanowires by hydrothermal synthesis mathod,utilizing NaOH and Nb2O5 as raw materials. We can obtain NaNbO3 nanowires with the uniform morphology and its length is around 15 μm. And take SEM and XRD. After we get the Ag nanowires with uniform morphology, we utilized Ag nanowires as electrode, and assemble the single electrode TENG with the structue of PDMS/Ag/PDMS. And by means of mixing a certain amount of NaNbO3 nanowires into Ag nanowires to comparing with the TENG with the structue of PDMS/Ag/PDMS. And then we should test the output characters of TENG by testing equipments. The experimental results show that the max output current is 15.5 μA and the max output voltage is 330 V, which lead to the maximum output power is 1.5 mW(0.25 mW/cm2) under the condition that the thickness of the singel electrode TENG is 1 mm and the size is 2 cm × 3 cm. At last, this kind of TENG will be appliced into angle sensor.(2) The fiexible TENG based on the PDMS composite film with NaNbO3nanocubeWe have synthesized NaNbO3 nanocube by hydrothermal synthesis mathod,utilizing NaOH and Nb2O5 as raw materials. We can obtain NaNbO3 nanocube with the uniform morphology and we take the SEM and XRD. We mix the NaNbO3 nanocube into PDMS to form the composite film. And we prepare different mass ratio composite film by means of mixing differert NaNbO3 nanocube. And then assemble the TENG utilized the different mass ratio composite film and use the copper foil as electrode.Finally, we contrastive analysis the output characters of TENG with different mass ratio composite film. And then we find when the NaNbO3 nanocube mass ratio reached to 7 %, the max output current is 15 μA and the max output voltage is 600 V,which lead to the maximum output power is 2 mW(0.25 mW/cm2) under the condition that the thickness of the singel electrode TENG is 1 mm and the size is 2 cm ×2 cm. What’s more, we analys the mechanism why the device’s output charactersenhence obtain enhenced. |
