AANET(aeronautical ad hoc networks) refers to the network without center and self-organization formed by planes in flight. As a new aviation communication mode is expected to become the important supplement of the transoceanic civil aviation communication network. The feature of transoceanic civil aviation ad-hoc network includes random distribution and fast-shifting nodes, large network scale and limited bandwidth. Therefore it is of great significance for aeronautical ad hoc networks each layer protocol's design to study network feasibility and aeronautical ad-hoc networks connectivity. Now, studies on connectivity of aeronautical ad hoc networks based on air route mainly focus on the model of single airline with one-way route or two-way route. But there is less research about multiple air routes. Thus, it is of great signification to study connectivity of AANET aimed at transoceanic civil aeronautical Ad Hoc network's features and requirements. This thesis analyzes features of aeronautical Ad Hoc network, sums up overseas and domestic achievements about AANET's connectivity, and then introduces the research on AANET's connectivity based on fixed multiple air routes and analyzes limitation of research method. With the guiding ideology that planes access the internet or the backbone network through ground stations by using air-air links and ground-air links as far as possible and combination with the traits of civil aircrafts in flight, the author of this thesis proposes a research method of based on the triangle model aeronautical Ad Hoc network's connectivity, and further researches on connectivity of multi-airline AANET, and the main work and contributions involve:(1) Derived the formula of connectivity in aeronautical Ad Hoc network. Combined with the related air specifications, the three-dimensional routes are compressed into two-dimensional surface with triangular mesh, this thesis gives the formula of node's degree distribution and node's connectivity probability in AANET, and analyzes the relationship between connected probability and density of the plane nodes with different communication radius.(2) Proposed a calculation method of connected probability between the node on multiple routes in aeronautical ad hoc networks and the base station. According to multiple routes end-to-end connectivity the characteristics of the aviation ad-hoc network, this thesis searches all possible paths from node to the base station and sets relevant adjacent matrix which helps distinguish the end-to-end effective paths, and then deletes all noneffective paths. Finally, combining with the addition formulas in probability theory, this thesis finds the probability that at least one event occurs. This probability is also the connectivity probability between node and base station.(3) Under the environment of multiple routes in aeronautical ad hoc networks, do simulation and verification the formula of proposed theoretical derivation, and the results show the correctness of node's degree distribution, node's connected probability and connected probability between node and base station. At the same time, this thesis takes account of some key parameters that effect AANET's connectivity, which can provide theoretical reference basis for networking feasibility analysis of AANET.
