With the development of the national economy, in order to resolve the problem of China’s regional water resources shortage, to further promote the all-round development of social economy, water system is more and more large long distance, high lift, inter basin, cross area of long distance transfer appeared in various regions of China; at the same time, the rapid development of information technology application more and more is also in modern industrial control field, computer automatic monitoring system is integrated with computer technology, communication technology and control technology, the function is strong. Its application in large-scale water conveyance system, on one hand, it can effectively realize conventional industrial process automation control,reduce working strength of staff; on the other hand also can set information flow integration and automation of information management for the integrated automation, improve the efficiency of the water supply system to achieve energy-saving emission reduction.This paper through in Niangziguan water the second phase project of pump unit with the characteristics of steady state, the pump similar theoretical characteristics of variable speed control of multistage pumping stations boot units matching condition through theoretical analysis and calculation, are put forward to guarantee the system safe operation, for the actual operation scheduling provide theoretical guidance, prevent or reduce occurrence of system operation accident; and on the basis of learning software for King SCADA automation control system of the project of development and application of,main research contents:1)using the steady state operation of pump station mathematical model to calculate the steady-state operation of the engineering design to check, verify the reliability of the design.2)the pump similar characteristics under the guidance of the theories on the basis, through the visual basic programming language to establish multi-stage pumping speed regulating operation parameter calculation program, the analysis Niangziguan project of water supply pumping stations at all levels to different pump units put into operation conditions, the working point of the pump and pump system operating conditions, to check the water pump, the stable regions,load of pump unit, conveying system of flow, head, efficiency, etc., of flux balance analysis, determine the pumping stations at all levels of the steady-state operating conditions, flow balance regulation.3) the paper cascade pumping station automation monitoring system,through the analysis and comparison of a number of industrial automation software, select the optimal software development to the lady off the automatic monitoring system of engineering research and development.The main conclusions are as follows1) cascade pumping stations under the design condition of each boot load combinations of calculation and analysis indicates that, a single pump operation of the pumping stations at all levels, two pumps and three pumps in parallel steady-state operation results can meet the requirements of the water supply system, higher efficiency of the system, under the design condition reached 80%,conforms to the code for design of pumping station on the efficiency of the centrifugal pump pumping station of not less than 65%- 70% of the requirements.2) in the pump similarity based on the theory of cascade pumping stations all boot combination of the results of calculation show that, after the current level of power station units than in a certain range to ensure the safe operation ofpumping station system, beyond the scope will cause overload operation of the pump rotate speed and power, is disadvantageous to the economic and safe operation of pumping station.When the pumping stations at all levels to open the same is opened respectively 1, 2, 3, the secondary station speed, the range of the head,andnorm efficiency, power respectively 1478r/min-1545r/min, 169.12m-169.80 m,84.46%-84.59%, 1011.07w-1020.17 w, three speed and range of the head,efficiency, power respectively for 982 r / min-1018 r / min,85.62m-86.85 m,83.9%-83.96%, 517.91w-520.94 w, are in line with the pump speed regulation related specification.When the pumping units at all levels and the parameters of two or three stations will appear in the unit does not meet the requirements of the standard.3) by King SCADA of the monitoring system of the software development,to achieve the basic functions of the pumping station monitoring requirements,as shown in the operation parameters of the pumping station, alarm query function content, main parameters real-time trend display function, data storage function; in addition, various forms of animation display means, make the software interface is visualized, it is convenient for the operator.
