| Although there are many theoretical and practical researches on the treatment of soft soil foundation, the settlement law of soft soil subgrade in a specific area is still difficult. National Highway Suiman line(G10) Arun to Bo Fecteau expressway is located in the northeast of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region Hulunbeir region, which belongs to the cold high latitude areas, soft soil and seasonal frozen soil associated exist, is widely distributed in the island of seasonal frozen soil and frost heaving influence depth is high(maximum 211cm). In view of the above problems, this paper to arbor highway construction project based on, for soft soil in this area settlement rules and treatment measures were analyzed and studied. The main work and achievements are as follows.1. Replacement weak frost heaving and frost heaving sand grains, domain by using the dynamic compaction replacement(strong compaction pier), and then laying geogrid is a more effective treatment.2. The stress diffusion of sand cushion can make the pore water pressure quickly dissipated, accelerate the consolidation of soft soil, reduce the settlement amount and improve the bearing capacity. At the same time, it can effectively disperse the upper load, improve the stability of the roadbed, and reduce the occurrence of uneven settlement.3. In the construction process, the absolute value of the differential settlement is closely related to the height of subgrade filling. Any one point in the subgrade gradually decreases and tends to be constant in the relative settlement after work.4. Most of the subgrade settlement is completed during the construction period, and basically reached the steady state, and the subgrade is expected to have no shear failure under the action of the upper load. Under the same geological condition, the higher the subgrade fill height, the greater the surface subsidence.After the completion of the project, through the analysis and engineering monitoring, in the construction period and the freezing thawing period, the roadbed settlement basically tends to be stable, and the roadbed settlement amount meets the standard requirements. Through the research of the project, in Hulunbeier area similar project soft foundation treatment design, construction and monitoring of embankment stability has a certain guiding role. |
