Optical system is an important part of optical instruments. And the transmittance and reflectance of optical elements have great influences on the optical system. At present, there is little equipment that can measure the transmittance and reflectance simultaneously. And the measurement accuracy of the equipment existed is very low. The author designed an optical lens transmittance / reflectance test system, which can measure both the transmittance and the reflectance of the sample at the same time with a high degree of accuracy, based on double-integrating spheres and lock-in amplifier technology.In this paper, the author applies differential measurement based on double-integrating spheres technology into this field according to the research on the measuring principle of the transmittance and reflectance, and offers a listed general designed plan. It also designs specifically the subsystem for controlling and the subsystem for signal processing of the test system. At last, a transmittance experiment was done and the analysis of uncertainty was carried on.The system can realize an auto transmittance / reflectance measurement of the light between 300 nm and 1600 nm under different incident angles. And the measurement accuracy of the white light can reach 0.5%, and that of infrared band can reach 1%.
