| The end plate is an important metal component of the tubular pile. The domestic end plate is almost produced by the method of centrifugal casting, overall casting and cutting circular plate, etc. In order to reduce production costs, the energy consumption and guarantee the quality of the end plate, it is necessary to have a research of the method which used to produce the end plate.Firstly, the basic process of bending can be analyzed by using the theory of metal plastic deformation. The cross-sectional size of the strip can be obtained by theoretical calculation. Therefore, the thickness of the inside and outside edges of the strip is the same as that of the end plate.Secondly, building a model which includes the strip, the core and the pressing plate in ABAQUS, then simulating the coiling process of the strip and obtaining the stress and strain distribution of the strip. After simulation calculation, the difference between the internal and external thickness of the end plate is less than 1mm.Thirdly, the required torque can be identified by the software. The device of the drive can be selected. The coiling mechanism is designed to adapt to different size of the strips and the strip can be accurately chucked. While winding, the extrusion of the wedge block can ensure the strip coiled into a helix. Considered that the bending rigidity of the hollow shaft is higher,the actual stress and strain of the hollow shaft can be simulated by using the finite element. Whether the strength of the shaft meets the requirements can be determined. Finally, the unloading car is designed to ensure that the high temperature strip can be safely transported to the subsequent processing site.Through the calculation and Simulation of strip rolling, the section size of strip is obtained, and the winding equipment of the PHC pipe pile plate is designed. The feasibility of PHC pipe pile is also discussed.The method of hot rolling plays a reference role for the end plate and similar ring type parts. |
