It is the adoption of large-scale maintaining road machinery to protect and maintain railroad that generate the profound influence to our country rail communication development. However, it confines the exertion of large-scale maintaining road machinery in our country because usage cost of import large-scale maintaining road machinery and its fittings is too high. So, it is very important to carry on the research of large-scale maintaining road machinery and its fittings in our county.The griddle is a very important accessory in switch cleaning of large-scale maintaining road machinery. It is wearable and easy wasting parts. The usage cost is too high if it depends on volume import. Although the research of homemade griddle has already obtained the certain fruit, it still apart from the production of amount of large quantity have the certain distance. Rod after the slignment is process by machine the same pitch of the cave flexure or the wave flexure shape, as weaves the griddles lengthways and transversal then knit the griddle on the machinery, which used for exclusively knit the griddle. Transversal rods adopt of manual providing the material, Lengthways a comb top and bottom that passes the knitting machine seeparate, thus lengthways rods and transversal rods intersect mutually tight.In weave process, lengthways an each loading displacement mainly near experience to certain, lead the big loading displacement to make lengthways rods take place the plastic deformation easiest in weave process, or lead the small loading displacement to make transversal rods can't be weave, causing the mass of griddle instability. Therefore in weave process, the reasonable loading value of assurance becomes the key that resolves this problem.This paper adopt ANSYS and optimize design analysis to rods, Assure the maximum and minimum values of the certain loading displacement, getan each range of curved loading displacement, and take this as the foundation, taking into the appropriate improvement towards weaving the equipment.Get as follows as results: 1) Made sure biggest loading displacement curve of each anti occurrence plastic deformation; 2) Made sure a minimum loading displacement curve that transversal rods can be weave; 3) According to the loading displacement curve, made sure the range of the loading displacement; 4) Put forward 3 kinds of improvement projects to the comb, the length of rods and the clamping slot depth.The result got the verification in griddle weave process, really rising to compare good actual effect.
