| Gate is an important facility of airport. The dispatching of workers and vehicles depends on the result of gate assignment, and the result of gate assignment contributes a lot to operational efficiency of airport and airlines. To most airports, the method to use the gate resource efficiently under the premise of safety is valued to research.Nowadays, the gate assignment is accomplished manually in China, which results in gate assigners under high working pressure complete heavy task with considering a lot of factors, and the result of gate assignment is not ideal. Previous researches on gate assignment mainly focus on the optimal algorithms, which are based on many assumptions and have lower utility to airport operations. It is great significant for research on the intelligent auxiliary tool of the gate pre-assignment and re-assignment which can help gate assigners in hub airports.The thesis makes a systematic analysis of the factors and allocation rules which needs to be considered in the process of gate assignment, and makes a mathematical induction combining with the actual operation of the airport. To study the process of gate pre-assignment and dynamic re-assignment, the multiple-agents technology is used to simulate rules-based human thinking. And the gate assignment system has been built through theoretically analysis, structure design, establishment of optimization model and simulation system testing. The Anylogic software is used to develop the simulation model.Based on the operation data of Beijing Capital International Airport, the gate is pre-assigned according to the gate assignment rules. And the gate is reassigned based on the disturbing scene of different levels at various scenarios. The result reveals that the simulation model can simulate the human-thinking, complete pre-assignment efficiently, lead to safe and reasonable pre-assignment results, and utilize resources sufficiently. Also the simulation model can deal with different disturbed events quickly, reduce the daily workload of gate assigners. And the simulation model can provide technical support for gate assigners to respond quickly when disturbanceevents occur. Therefore, the research on hub airport used multi-agent based gate assignment simulation model is great significant, and it requires further research. |
