Design Of Mini-type LED Intelligent Lighting Control System Based On Centralized Power Supply

As a high-efficiency?low-consumption?long-life light source,LED has become widely used in many different situation.At the sametime,the intelligent lighting control system which contains intelligent control?computer network?LED lighting begins to development,and it will also become the inevitable trend of lighting territory in future.The household lighting is an important part of intelligent lighting,but the control method of household lighting system is single,it mainly depends on switch to control the illumination of lamp.We analysis the development situation of household lighting,this article mainly design and develop a mini-type LED intelligent lighting control system based on centralized power supply.It can fulfill the demand of lighting in whole indoor environment by the method of centralized power supply and multiple-output,it can also control the illumination of every single LED in indoor environment by wired network and wireless network.Firstly,it introduce the development situation of present intelligent lighting system in this paper,then it introduce some common communication protocols which are related to this article.Secondly,it designed the system's overall structure based on the demand of household lighting system.It completed the design of hardware and software of the AC/DC power transform circuit and LED driving control circuit.Finally,build the platform of the system and test the fuction of the mini-type LED intelligent lighting control system based on centralized power supply.AC/DC power transform circuit use the half-bridge topology structure.It use TL494 as the power supply controller IC,it achieve the function that the AC power of 220 V transfer to DC power of 36 V.STM32F103C8T6 as the control core of the LED driving control circuit,designed the ZigBee communication circuit?infrared communication circuit?DALI communication circuit?bluetooth communication circuit and LED driving circuit,these circuit sent the data to the MCU,the MCU receive the data and create the PWM signal after analysis the data.So it can control the illumination of every single LED.The work of software included designing Zig Bee communication program ? infrared communication program ? DALI communication program ?bluetooth communication program.Test the function of the mini-type LED intelligent lighting control system based on centralized power supply.The result of the testing showed the AC/DC power transform circuit can achieve stable DC output.LED driving control circuit has a well fuction of communication and control.It can control the illumination of every single LED of the whole household environment by ZigBee?infrared remote control?DALI and bluetooth.The system runs stable and reliable.
