Research Of The Control Method And Measure For The Main Progress Of The Shijiazhuang Rail Transit Line One

With the development of city scale of Shijiazhuang, the traffic congestion is becoming more serious. It has certain effect on the development and construction of the city. So traffic problems need to be improved.The urban rail transit project has the advantages of high efficiency, convenience,environmental protection, etc. Therefore, the construction of rail project in Shijiazhuang city has a positive role in solving the traffic problems. In this paper, the Shijiazhuang rail line one is taken as the research object. It's contents and the control method of the progress schedule are described in detail. By comparing the key nodes of the line one hole through with the progress is found and put forward the method to solve the problem, so as to provide a reference for the smooth implementation of the Shijiazhuang rail transit project.Through the analysis of the factors affecting the progress of rail transit projects in Shijiazhuang, the paper makes a study on the method of earned value by comparing the progress plan and the actual progress. According to the actual progress of the project, this paper puts forward the concrete control measures from the aspects of organization, management, technical support, economic security, labor guarantee of the time limit for the project in Shijiazhuang.
