| In this paper, I mainly study the anti-glare technology of low-height lighting and automotive headlight. According to the characteristics of low-height lighting technology, the array of anti-glare grid is designed and then I do experimental research, analysis and optimization by experiment, based on the selection of light source and lens, determination of light shape, analysis and determination of minimum vertical angle of low-height lighting. In the end, the design will be used on the practical application of low-height lighting in street lamp lighting system and the new type of anti-glare lighting of the vehicle. The paper is divided into six parts: The first part discusses the background and significance of the study. In the second part, the paper discusses the present situation of the lighting anti-glare technology, summarizes the causes of the glare of low-height lighting, and puts forward the method of solving the glare and its advantages and disadvantages. Low-height lighting is very effective in saving energy, but it will bring serious glare. The glare is mainly due to the vertical irradiation angle which is small and escaping light produced is easy into eyes, so this paper put forward that the cut-off method of the automotive headlights or cut-off luminaire could be referred to prevent glare. Through software simulation, the third part obtains parameters of height, vertical angle and horizontal angle of lamps under the optimized light source. And vertical angle is the design fundamental of array of anti-glare grille. On these basis, straight arrays of grid and bending arrays of grid are designed, and these are modeled and printed through the 3D software and 3D printers. Then these grids are researched and analyzed through illuminance and luminance contrast experiment. The result of the experiment is summarized to optimize the design. The main conclusions of this section: 1. Anti-glare effect of anti-glare grille is effective. It has a close relationship between the anti-glare effect and the vertical angle--vertical angle is bigger, the better effect of anti-glare and when the vertical angle is less than the critical value, glare sharply. 2. Anti-glare effect of anti-glare grille is related with the observation distance-- the glare is greater when the distance is farther. 3. Bending arrays of grid has a better effect than straight arrays of grid of the same thickness on anti-glare. It not only has the characteristics of the straight, the bent part of bending arrays of grid also can reduce the veiling luminance of the outlet. What’s more it turns part of escaping light to the light of primary optical axis, reducing glare and increasing illumination at the same time. 4. Effective of the array of anti-glare grid is related with spacing, length and bending angle of grid. By drawing and computing array of grid, key formula is derived. Then specific design could be done according to the actual situation and the formula. 5. Different materials of grid have great influence on anti-glare effect. While with high strength and translucent material of rough surface, the anti-glare effect of grid is better. In the fourth part, the paper discusses the practical application of the array of grid in the low-height lighting street lamp and the design of anti-glare lamp about shape, waterproof, installation, warning device, solar power supply. The fifth part discusses the grid array in the application of automobile front lamp. By reading literature and the lamp standard, the front lamp is design with grid array lamps which are recombination. Then the front lamp is contrasted with the headlights of Audi Q7 by parameters of illuminance and glare. After a lot of optimization designs, it have achieved good results in illuminance and anti-glare effect ultimately. The last part is the summary and outlook of the paper. The research of the paper is relatively rough because of the limitation of actual conditions. Hope further researchers will have more comparative study on grid array materials and modelling to improve the array of grid. So the array of grid will achieve better effect of anti-glare. |
