| With the development of the Internet of thing and wide-use of sensor, wireless sensor charged by battery draws high attention due to inherent shortcomings of battery.In use of environmental weak energy transformed into electricity, can achieve wireless sensor network node self-powered automatically. The researchers hope that through collecting environmental weak energy to replace battery or use the energy collect to charge the battery to extend its life, and solve the power-supplied problem of wireless sensor network node. So the research on collecting environmental weak energy is very significant to develop power supply of new sensors.This thesis summarized the research background and situation at home and abroad on environmental weak energy collecting circuit, and elaborated the collecting technology of weak energy on vibration energy, solar energy, thermal energy, friction energy in the environment, analyzed on vibration energy, solar energy, thermal energy,and did the research on output characteristics of three weak energy collectors and made comparison of the output characteristics among them. This article discussed current weak energy collecting circuit technology, analyzed exist typical weak energy collecting circuit. Utilize LTC3588-1 chip as the core voltage conversion circuit,LTC4071 chip as the core of the charge control circuit, TPL5100 chip as the core of the output control circuit independently designed a weak energy collecting circuit, and compared the advantages and disadvantages of several weak energy collecting circuit.Experiments on self-designed weak energy collecting circuit were carried out,it realized the collected electrical energy stored in the energy storage device or directly to the load. The energy harvester access circuit, to verify the feasibility of the weak energy collecting circuit collects the energy stored in lithium batteries, as well as low-power circuit itself. The results shows that, the design in this thesis on the weak energy collecting circuit can achieve the collect of the vibration energy, solar energy,thermal energy collection, and supply power for the wireless sensor network node. Sothe power consumption of the wireless sensor network node has been reduced to about 100 ?W, the circuit achieves designed goals and has a good applied prospect with the characteristics of power consumption, simple structure, low cost and so on. |
