However, the planning and design of the subway station is unreasonable, the internal passenger flow line is unreasonable, the internal facilities are unreasonable, the service efficiency is low, the travel experience is not good and so on. Based on queuing theory, as subway station a service system, the all service points considered as service desk at all levels, based on queuing theory establishes the internal operation process model of the subway station, to define the service efficiency of subway station by he generalized time cost, and through the establishment of the generalized cost model algorithm to optimize the passenger flow organization and internal facilities.First of all, this article from the queuing theory model based of analysis of the subway station space structure and function of the internal composition, analysis of the functional characteristics of the main facilities, subway station of passenger service operation process, summarize the service process and queuing theory of contact and the process and characteristics were description and abstract. On this basis, this paper clarifies the whole process of the subway station service system, and simplifies and abstracts the passenger service structure of the subway station, which lays the foundation for the following analysis and modeling.Then the paper analyzes the concrete connotation of the service of the subway station, and introduces the general cost function, introduces the service efficiency evaluation and calculation method. And then analyzes the relationship between the service efficiency and the service facilities and the organizational structure of the subway station, and establishes the service efficiency evaluation model based on queuing theory.Then the paper in the subway station of service efficiency evaluation, combined with the service efficiency evaluation index, on the basis of the subway station passenger flow passenger flow organization optimization model is constructed, Passage of time costs and infrastructure costs, establish the service facilities optimization model, and each proposed algorithm.Finally, taking Wuhan Xunlimen subway station as the research object, the establishment of passenger service process model of subway station. The better method of passenger flow line organization and the improvement measures of concrete service facilities are obtained.
