Proceeding from practical need and research of the operating principle as well as maintaining method in Aircraft temperature sensor, this paper proposes a new design approach for Aircraft Temperature Sensor Verifier which based on DSP, semiconductor cooling and heating technology.This verifier can control the temperature ranging from- 10 ?to 800 ?and the constant part adopts fuzzy-PID method.It adjusts the time delay, time-variables and non-linear elements by adaptive- PID which can well prevent the bad effect from external environment. The precision of controlled temperature is able to achieve 0.5?, meeting the required temperature control. A new assumption of applying semiconductor cooling and heating technology to aircraft temperature sensor verifier is firstly advanced in this paper. It is of simple design and convenience operation. The whole cooling and heating environment is made up of thermopile and lead, but without any mechanical motion parts. So it can work for quite a long time with no cryogen ?no abrasion and noiseless. The temperature-collection unit is of two parts: the medium & low temperature part and the high temperature part. The first part collects the temperature through PT100 bridge circuits and Instrumentation Amplifier. The second part can acquire the temperature signals of K-Thermocouple directly by the use of MAX 6675 integrated circuits(Maxim Company). The output unit in this system utilizes PWM to control the current through DC-SSR and AC-SSR so that it control the plant. Human-Computer Interaction unit utilizes 24-bit RGB TFT touch panel. It bears control module which can directly communicate with DSP through SCI, so as to facilitate the development of the system. Data store uses USB interface chip CH 375 to control flash disk storage. Since it integrates with communication protocol, it only needs to compile relevant FAT file program.It has been proved that the airplane temperature sensor verifier is easy to handle and it has perfect testing function. It is of high practical value and worth popularizing in terms of maintaining temperature sensor.
