| The anchor drilling machine is widely used in infrastructure construction,tunneling, mining exploration, geotechnical engineering and drilling engineering ect.Since conventional anchor drilling machine is not suitable for the hard rock, to a large extent affecting the engineering application of anchor drilling machine.This paper, based on comprehensive analysis of various types of anchor drilling machine widely used at home and abroad, selects impact- rotary hydraulic anchor arm driller as the research object, focusing on the structural design and dynamics analysis,and simulation analysis of the driving head of hydraulic drill. Through theoretical analysis, we calculate the related structure parameters, and use a 3D modeling software——UG, to build 3D digital modeling and virtual assembly for the driving head of hydraulic drill. At the end, using ANSYS Workbench to analyze stress and modal, in order to further optimize the structure and improve performance.According to the analysis, we could establish the simplified model of the impact mechanism of impact- rotary hydraulic drill, and then to establish mathematical model on the moving states of the moving parts of impact mechanism. On this basis, we use the simulation analysis software, Matlab / Simulink, to simulate and analyze the impact mechanism, especially focusing on the changes of structural parameters of the various moving parts how to impact the performance hydraulic drill, then we gain some understanding of the laws relating to campaign for effective improving the performance of hydraulic drill to provide theoretical basis. |
