| In recent years, the shipbuilding industry in our country has made great progress in technology, But compared with Japan and South Korea as well as Europe and the United States shipbuilding powers, there is still a significant gap in the level of shipbuilding, these aspects are ahead of the domestic shipbuilding enterprises in shipbuilding technology,shipbuilding industry, production tools, management and institutional. Therefore, it is of great significance to popularize the technology of hull construction precision control in our country. Precision control of the key issues involved in hull construction precision control modeling, precision planning and precision management platform development and implementation, etc, it is one of the important issues to promote the reform and innovation of Chinese shipbuilding industry and to meet the great leap forward development of shipbuilding industry.Based on the full investigation of the shipyard, this paper takes the process as the main line of precision control. Based on the analysis of typical ship construction process and accuracy standards, this paper expound the requirement of accuracy control in the process of hull construction from berth carry, block assembly, section assembly, sub assembly and parts production and processing parts of five levels. From the error source of precision control, the overall model, planning system and control methods and other key technologies to study the hull construction precision control technology.The main research contents of this paper are as follows:(1) This paper detailedly analysis the process and the key process of hull construction,systematically considered the influence of process parameters and dimension errors on the accuracy of the following processes and ship hull. And combined with the error propagation in the machining process, constructed the mathematical model of ship construction error transfer,and sort out the error source and transmission route of the overall accuracy in the process of ship hull construction.(2) This paper detailedly elaborate definition of hull construction precision control,model description language, structure modeling tools and classes and attributes. Combined with the characteristics of the ship construction field, designed the modeling method of ship hull construction precision control model,and described the modeling process of the method, gave the top structure model. The semantic relations of each sub model are analyzed in detail with the general model of precision control. Finally, the accuracy controlmodel of hull construction is established by using protégé, and the inspection is completed.(3) This paper study the application of dimension chain technology in the precision control of ship hull construction. Based on the dimension chain technology, the planning technique of each stage precision compensation of hull construction is studied. According to the relationship between accuracy standards and working standards, revise the hull construction of the various stages of processing technology from the processing process,precision control point and accuracy standards and inspection three aspects in order to ensure the accuracy of hull construction.(4) This paper designed the logical structure of the precision database and the overall function structure of the platform. Combined with the example of hull construction precision management, introduced the main function modules of the system. The intelligent planning of hull construction accuracy is effectively realized, and the effectiveness of this technique is demonstrated. |
