| Sea-based TT&C(Telemetry, Track and Command) system is an important part of the space TT&C network, which mainly completes tracking measurement and control task of spacecraft, satellites, rockets, etc, and the merits of the system performance, the strength of the ability to measure and control, which will have a significant impact on the accuracy and reliability of the result when the system performs the tracking measurement and control task. How to evaluate the comprehensive efficiency for sea-based TT&C system reasonably and effectively has become a prominent problem to be solved.This paper studies the related theories and methods of robust evaluation, and take sea-based TT&C system as the research object, the paper further investigates the index system construction model, the algorithm of index weighting, the algorithm of multi-source data fusion evaluation and the evaluation risk control method in comprehensive effectiveness evaluation with the thought of robust evaluation, and the software of comprehensive effectiveness robust evaluation of sea-based TT&C system has designed and verified the robust evaluation function. The main works of this paper includes are as follows:(1) Constructing an on-demand customizable model of the construction for index system, combined with the function and task characteristics of the sea-based system; build the index system optimization model based on entropy weight division, which is from the viewpoint of information entropy; the advantages and disadvantages of the common subjective and objective weighting methods are analyzed in making multi attribute decision, choose the weighting model which based on the combination of analytic hierarchy process(AHP) method and entropy method, and calculate the index weight with the instance of sea-based TT&C system evaluation index.(2) Study the algorithm of multi data source fusion evaluation. The unified expression of multi source heterogeneous data is realized by fuzzy belief map, with the combination of fuzzy reviews and ternary interval number theory; use extended Bayesian algorithm to fusion evaluation, and get the comprehensive effectiveness of sea-based TT&C system by using the weight sum method.(3) Propose the robust evaluation thought of comprehensive effectiveness of sea-based TT&C system, based on the analysis of the traditional effectiveness evaluation methods, and adopt meta-evaluation as the main method to measure evaluation risk; establish a model of the reliability analysis to the evaluation results based on the combination of expert assessment and D-S evidence theory, and take a reliability analysis to the comprehensive effectiveness evaluation result of sea-based TT&C system.(4) The software of comprehensive effectiveness robust evaluation of sea-based TT&C system has designed and implemented, achieved and verified the index selection and optimization, the weight calculation, fusion evaluation, evaluation reliability analysis and other functions, on the basis of the above index system optimization method, multi-source fusion evaluation algorithm and calculation model. |
